Some of the trends this year to define your own tools designers - for example, tools Swirl and Pucker Illustrator. And some - bright world events. A huge number of logos, exploiting the letter O, generated by the presidential elections in the US in 2009.
Transparency logodizayne become a real design tool, like the font or color. This is no longer the trend. Transparency is too omnipresent to discuss it. Just like there.
Also, the brightness of the colors spread everywhere, probably because the public already trained eyes bright, "screen" colors. Now we live in a world of RGB, and not in the world of CMYK.
The text has become even more important in the Identity. Led by debts from customers and designers are working hard to make more concise message of identity and / or straight, and inserted in the actual words of the logos, the message gets to the audience instantly. Some of the logos sent just overloaded with information.
Significantly encouraging trend is the emergence of innovative, fresh design from the countries of the "Eastern bloc." These designers seem to have a sense of freedom, which have lost some Western designers.
Scandinavian design also looks more advanced, light and breezy. The clean lines and contemporary feel has always been there, but the designers go further.
What has been particularly noticeable this year?
A whole bunch of optimism. Many designers and clients trying to bravely declare through identity, that they are not afraid. Much more deformation, faceted and animation. Circles on circles and circles urge on. Especially a lot located in each other and decreasing in size. As well as building objects from circles. «Greening» is also common, but now it is not necessarily expressed by green: Any fresh palette. Finally, another significant development directions. For many years, successful logos were built from beautiful shapes. Usually, they are made using one color or several colors are combined. Now, designers have begun to look at the surface as new forms webs, which can be used myriad ways. Good drafting skills and good ideas is still critical to the process, but the effects of surfaces is now added entirely new levels of meaning.
