Cabbage relates to the vegetables, which anyway are present in our table. Its main advantage is that it perfectly complements the complex dishes (such as borscht, kapustnyaki), but most importantly, it can also act as a separate dish. Today edition offers to your attention a recipe for pickled cabbage, which will surprise you not only good taste, but also voiced crunch!





Ingredients: em>

2 kg of cabbage;
400 g of carrots;
4 cloves of garlic.

Marinade: em>

150 ml of vegetable oil;
75 ml of a 9% vinegar;
100 g of sugar;
2 tbsp. l. salt;
3 bay leaf;
5-6 pea black pepper;
0, 5 liters of water.

Preparation: em>

1. Chop the cabbage, grated carrots, sodium, and less frequently by small plates of garlic. Firmly tamp in a jar (it turns out about 3-liter jar).

2. Pour into the pan all the ingredients for the marinade and boil for about 5 minutes, then cool and neat zaley cabbage in a jar.

3. If you do cabbage in the evening, in the morning it will be ready! Bon appetit!

Due to the small amount of vinegar, cabbage can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, however, hasten to assure you that eat it much faster!
