In the ancient Greek language did not exist the word "blue" and the color of the sky called "bronze"
In the ancient Greek language did not exist the word "blue" and the next word to describe the blue greater color intensity than the color. Thus, when the Greeks spoke of heaven as bronze, they had in mind, it is blindingly bright, as gloss bronze shield, not really tan. Apparently, the ancient Greeks described things based on other qualities, so when using any word that we think means "yellow" or "light green" in fact it is simply a fluid, something alive and fresh. And these words were used to describe the color of blood, sea, sheep and so on. D.
