Under the microscope, the familiar products look just incredible.

Strawberry





This is a young fruit of widespread strawberry garden. Clearly visible individual "hairs" berries.

Leeks



The cross section of the sheet leeks main spongy tissue which is called the mesophyll. Sheet thickness 1.2 mm in all.

This is a close-up on the "eye" of potatoes with three developing shoots, length of the longest of which is about 4 mm.

Japanese raspberry



This relative of the raspberry and blackberry grows in northern China, Korea and Japan. The whole plant, including sepals that cover the fruit, covered with sticky hairs.

Cauliflower



And at high magnification look edible part of cauliflower. This fleshy, immature heads vegetable.
