The aim pursued by the developer of the concept, Amir Alizadeh (Amir Alizade), is to create a device which would combine the simplicity and efficiency on the one hand, and closer to the traditional method of brewing a beverage on the other. It is expected that the novelty will allow to brew the traditional hot drinks without leaving their desks and not really being distracted from work.
Tempo is a ceramic cup placed on a base with integrated mechanical timer. The latter can be configured to brew for from one to seven minutes, corresponding to different types of hot drinks.
Damn at the time when I was boiling kettle I dreamed of such a device, even wanted to think about how a little thing to do at home but was abandoned this idea. Excellent device.
