Post to dinner - Baranja feet Syarya (Särä)
We stopped once again in Finland and decided to treat themselves to local delicacy Särä.
Syarya- an extremely tasty dish of lamb cooked in the oven according to the thousand-year tradition, to save the inhabitants of Leme. As a result, a long slow languishing in the oven meat turns tender, melt in your mouth.

The restaurant was established in 1888 and operates only on Saturdays.
Preparation syarya takes at least 9 hours.
Need to make reservations ahead of time and only for a certain time.
The restaurant is the only one dish - Syarya with potatoes. For dessert compote of dried fruits. Washed down with all homemade kvass.
In the picture is the same furnace in which the meat is languishing.
Smell wonderful dish already felt on the street.
Solemn moment has come - the dish is ready. It lacks the restaurant owner and his assistant (also cousin). The restaurant is a family.
Take out the birch trough filled to the brim with legs of lamb!
Visitors already drooling to the floor. The meat is divided on plates
Soon we eat.
