24-year-old Colombian hit the Guinness Book of Records as the smallest man in the world. Edward Nino Hernandez growth is only 27 inches (70 cm) and weighs 10 pounds. He loves to dance reggae, dreams of becoming the owner of Mercedes, meet with Jackie Chan and Sylvester Stallone and generally see the world. Hernandez inherited his title from the Chinese He Pingping, who was rising to four centimeters taller and died on 13 March this year. Reign on the throne among the shorties Hernandez will be short-lived: it will get the status of a resident of Nepal Hagendre Thabo Magar, who on October 14 will be 18 years old. While Magar is the most stunted teenager - its growth is only 56 centimeters.
