5 components of happiness

It is no secret that when people are desperate to solve their own problems, they turn to experts. That is a psychologist. It concerns and the search for happiness, as is often the absence of this sensation robs our life colors.

Carl Jung, one of the greatest psychologists, the founder of one of the directions of depth psychology, shared his thoughts on this matter in an interview with a journalist Gordon Young in 1960.

2. Good personal and intimate relationships (family, friends, marriage).
3. The ability to perceive beauty in nature and art.
4. Moderate lifestyle and job satisfaction.
5. philosophical or religious point of view, which helps to cope with the vicissitudes of fate.

He added that sometimes the presence of all five factors are not a guarantee of happiness, as if everything is not perfect look.
