Klovsky descent, 7a - the tallest building in Ukraine at the moment, a real skyscraper height of 162.5 meters. Bell tower of the monastery for a long time is no longer the tallest architectural point in Kiev, it was time to skyscrapers. The complex is located at the plant Arsenal and consists of a 16-storey "glass" office building and a residential 42-storey monster. Both parts are connected by an 8-storey building transition. From the beginning, it was planned to build up to a point beyond which you can not build on the rules of the security exposure, due to the collision of aircraft antennas on top. The building in the historical part of zaproektirovano 209 apartments and 19,000 square meters of office space. The house is so high that it can be seen even with Shulyavka.
