LUKOIL explained rise in fuel prices concern people
The July increase in fuel prices in the Perm region Lukoil says concern for the inhabitants of the region. This is the reason specified in the letter to the Perm FAS, said during a press conference the head of regional management of the Antimonopoly Service, Dmitry Makhonin.
In Lukoil explained that the prices have been raised to the consumers of other regions has not bought gasoline in Perm.
