Between a rock and a hard place
On the road Petersburg-Priozersk, March 2, around 19:00 faced three cars - two heavy laden haydite trucks and cars KIA Sportage (first generation). Foreign car for a long time could not be identified by what was left of it.
Cars were moving in the direction of St. Petersburg. There are two versions of the witnesses - they are different histories of accidents, but both versions of the final one. According to the first version, the car KIA Sportage overtaking a convoy of trucks, front-wheel truck slowed down to give KIA finish overtaking, but the driver KIA did not do that and wedged into a small gap between the trucks. According to another version - SUV just rode between trucks. On the road was snow porridge, it was slippery. Front truck stalled and could not stand back a safe distance and could not repay speed. KIA Sportage was like between a rock and a hard place - his flattened between two heavy trucks.
Inside, the SUV were two young men - the driver and passenger, both for '24 - both died on the spot.
