President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych for outstanding service to the country was posthumously awarded the Kievan Prince Yaroslav the Wise Order of Yaroslav the Wise. The report said the outstanding and invaluable role of Yaroslav the Wise in the development of Ukrainian statehood. Decree on awarding №287 published on the official website of the President.
