The budget allocated for the repair of the administration of 2, 5 million rubles that were to go to the contractor - organization "Gorstroy-1", it is headed by someone Gorokhov. But Farber had to do part of the work himself, hiring people for the money to buy building materials, go into debt, and even several times to lend to the contractor. Gorokhov promised reimburse expenses. When the work was almost finished, Gorokhov Farber called the office - say, for debt, asked to sign an act of acceptance of work, given the debt - 132 600 rubles, and the output Ilya FSB officers detained in Tver. It turned out Gorokhov wrote a statement about the extortion.

The prosecution: Farber received from the subcontractor 300 thousand rubles for the opportunity to continue the work, and then - still about 132 thousand rubles for the signing of the act. But, according to the prosecution, the work was carried out not in full, and to sign the act, Farber has caused damage to the budget in the amount of 941,000 rubles.

Farber was arrested in September 2011. The editorial came his eldest son - 18-year-old Peter, with all the documents, including: the bloated before the arrival Farber estimates and expertise, appointed by the result (about which is the consequence then decided to forget), according to which a subcontractor Gorokhov "unfinished "Club for at least 1 million rubles.

Peter himself suffered from this case: he was lured to his employees Tver FSB, took his passport and perpetrate questioning, asking him to testify against his father. But back to the sentence.
