Lawyers explained whether the teacher has the right to kick the child out of the classroom and how to respond to it parents

Again. teacher kicks out Your kid's in class, and you can't even object? It's wrong. First of all, you need to find out whether the problem is the child, or the teacher himself, tired of work or some internal problems. We are all human, so the human factor should be taken into account and do not forget that children are not always to blame in this situation.

But even if there is a conflict in which it is the student, not the teacher, who is 100% to blame, do not forget about the inviolable rights of the child. The right to knowledge, the right to individuality, the right to freedom of thought. Just taking a student out of the classroom is the practice of schools in the past. Nobody does that anymore. Even a short conversation during the lesson will help to set the problem student in the right way, so that later, during the break, decide how to proceed in such a situation. Today, the phone number of parents is available to any teacher.

It is no secret that teachers in communicating with students often exhibit their authority on literally any occasion. Even their age is something sacramental and irrefutable. “You’re good for my daughter, what is that?” Almost all students have heard this phrase. In the past, it was even considered normal. But now, in 2023, it is a typical and undisguised form of bullying. A student can never prove anything, because there are no situations when a student is older than a teacher.

The same can be said of the situation when the teacher kicks the child out the door. Thus, the teacher denies the child the right to normal knowledge. In general, it deprives him of the possibility of obtaining natural rights. If, for some reason, one or more children do not learn like everyone else, in completely different conditions, this falls under the concept of discrimination. A special commission should already work with such a teacher.

Well, another example, which was certainly not very relevant before, but now, with the advent of modern times, many teachers do not know how to behave. We are talking about the so-called informal youth. Green hair, torn jeans, piercings and even tattoos. Teachers, especially at an old age, clutch at the heart and frown their eyes. At the beginning of the lesson, they can spend at least 10 minutes expressing their contempt for such children. No way. The right of the child to individuality has not been abolished. The teacher's job is to teach, not to tell, how to live today's youth.

What to do with phones? Some schools have long practiced this: a special box is taken, where students put their mobile phones before each lesson. After class, they can pick them up in person. This is done so that children do not have the opportunity to talk in class, play games, watch videos and so on. Well, at first glance, it doesn't seem like such a bad idea, does it?

In practice, things are not so rosy. To begin with, even for this very box, parents pay money. And it is not always parents who vote for such activities. After all, if something happens, the box can just fly from the table to the ground. And this, for a second, at least 20 modern phones. How much is that in monetary terms? And who will pay for the repairs? Hardly a teacher. You can make it much simpler: tell your child to put the phone away. When the signal is repeated, simply call the parents to school. They should be educating their children, not the school system.

Can I get out? For pupils, especially in the lower grades, teachers often make an ugly rule the norm. You can go to the toilet only strictly on recess. Lesson is a time to study, be patient. Not only adults, but also children have the right not to be subjected to torture, inhuman or degrading treatment. But this stupid, outmoded rule of being patient and not going to the toilet violates one of the basic human rights.

The physiological processes of the human body change throughout life. So some children may not be able to tolerate the ban on another trip to the toilet. For a child to talk about his problem out loud will be morally very humiliating and unpleasant, so in 99 cases out of 100 he will be silent. Why? To another teacher of the old school felt better and not irritated when someone raises his hand again and asks to leave.

Speaking of degrading treatment. Sometimes teachers can do the following: because of the behavior of one person will make the whole class suffer. For example, if someone speaks loudly in the classroom or makes some jokes off topic, the teacher can force the whole class to write an independent work. Or make everyone write a lecture standing up. Or give more homework so students don’t have any personal time. Of course, that's not right.

Taking out on other children so that they restrain one tomboy is a sign of weakness and unprofessionalism. The teacher has to figure it out for himself. Or invite your parents to school. Especially similar, oddly enough, are the sins of physical education teachers. They can force the entire class to run, push up and do other physical activity without respite. Sadly, the same practice is used in the military. But childhood is not an army. Do not make a child what he does not want to become.

The teacher kicks the child out the door, or a Memo to parents It can be said that the situation when the teacher kicks the child out the door is unacceptable. However, parents should be more attentive to the behavior of their child. If a child constantly violates discipline in school, you need to think about the reasons for this behavior.

Many parents, tired of the work process or household problems, naively believe that in school their children should be engaged only by teachers. But they forget that there are a lot of students, and the teachers are one or two. Who can a student grow up with this approach? No matter how sad it sounds, but the usual, comfortable gray mass. With jagged standard knowledge, no imagination and a plebeian attitude towards everyone who is at least somewhat higher in social terms. Is that the future you want for your children?

Therefore, you should not shift your duties to the tired shoulders of a school teacher. It is better to spend more time with your child and his education. It doesn't mean standing over him when he's doing his homework. Ask for help from the child, if there is one. In this way, the child will understand that he wants only good. And don't forget, it's inhumane to ask a student to be an excellent student. We all deserve the right to make mistakes. Statistically, “triples” are more adapted to life. Think about it!
