Overtime work

Finnish scientists on the basis of studies of the working day in the activity of the human brain have shown that overtime workaholic lead to nervous disorders, and as a consequence, to dementia.
It has been proved that excessive work load leads to hypertension, obesity, sleep disorders, irritability, cardiovascular diseases and stress.
In addition, people working 50 hours a week, three times more likely to have problems associated with alcohol dependence, compared with those who did not work so much.
