Five steps to the goal
1. Set a date. When you set a goal, set the same date and its achievements. If your goal is to go far into the future, then break it up into smaller and assign a date for them. Check the timetable for achieving the goals.
2. Use the calendar. Use the calendar to monitor your goals. Write down your goals for the month, write down your goals every day. Organization will help you achieve the goals. Do everything to achieve the objectives.
3. Focus on the goal. It is not necessary to spray your attention to a few purposes. Focus on what is one thing, to make progress. Reach the same goal, and then focus on the other. Of course, you may have a few small goals at once, but the big goal should be only one.
4. Select the time. Take time every day for what to work on your goals. If you do this every day, then gradually it will enter into a habit.
5. Do not give up. Never give up, it's the worst thing you can do. Establish objectives that could realistically achieve, and never give up. Achieve goals and you'll feel fine.
