Israeli company SodaStream produces fragrances for the home carbonated beverages. However, the enterprise is located in an area claimed by Israel and Palestine. According to supporters, calling for a ban on the controversial video, settler enterprise like SodaStream, illegally exploit the labor of Palestinians benefiting from the occupation.



The situation worsened further because Scarlett herself is an international ambassador of the organization Oxfam International, specializing in solving the problems of poverty and the violation of citizens' rights throughout the world. But, apparently, Scarlett intentions were peaceful, as follows from its statement issued on the Huffington Post:

Proponents of a boycott demanded by Scarlett terminate the agreement with SodaStream. However, the actress said that she did not care about the opinion of others, and it is not going to stop cooperation, even if it threatens the status of a person "non grata". After such a statement appeared on the Internet a series of photos of cartoons, which are taken as a basis for the poster brand SodaStream.



Promotional video was banned in the United States. The reason was the final scene, in which Scarlett says: "Sorry, Pepsi and Coca-Cola!". It's great angry giants and American company Fox, who is known for being at the expense of nature protects the interests of large advertisers. As a result - SodaStream has withdrawn from the original version of the YouTube video, explaining his decision by saying that it referred Cola and Pepsi.
