Inventions of the USSR
December 4, 1948 the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers on the introduction of advanced technology in the national economy has registered under the number 10475 and invention scientists Brooke Rameeva digital electronic computer. The name "computer", adopted in the Russian-language scientific literature, is synonymous with the computer. This invention has changed the lives of all mankind. The Soviet Union was one of the first to create a similar car. On this occasion, we decided to talk about the seven inventions of the USSR, who were the first in the world.
PERSONAL COMPUTER
In 1948 IS Brook together with young scientists BI Rameeva drafted a digital computer with a hard program management. In October of the same year, scientists will submit a draft to the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, and then proceed to programming. After some time, the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers on the introduction of advanced technology in the national economy gave IS Brooke and BI Rameeva copyright number 10475 for the invention of the digital computer from 4 December 1948. It was the first document in the history of our country relating to information technology. IS Brooke first proposed and implemented the idea of creating small computers for use in research laboratories. Under his leadership in the years 1950-1951 was established the country's first small digital electronic computer with a stored program MI. The car was equipped with 730 electron tubes. Launched in trial operation in early 1952, it was Russia's only existing computers.
Later, in 1968, Arseny A. Gorokhov patented in the USSR PC - eight years before Apple.
Microwave
June 13, 1941 in the newspaper "Trud" has been described by a special apparatus used ultra-high frequency currents for processing of meat products. It was developed in the laboratory of magnetic waves of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Meat Industry. Cooking ham takes only 15-20 minutes instead of 5-7 hours on the same technology.
In the US patent for the microwave was issued in 1946.
The first spacecraft
Manned spacecraft "Vostok", which start April 12, 1961, became the world's first spacecraft to realizing human flight into space. Mikhail Tikhonravov, who worked in the OKB-1, began work on the creation of a manned spacecraft in the spring of 1957. By April 1960, it was designed by the preliminary design of ship-satellite "Vostok-1».
First artificial satellite
Launch of the first artificial satellite, which became the first artificial celestial body created by man, was carried out in the USSR on Oct. 4, 1957 and was the result of advances in rocketry, electronics, automatic control, computer science, celestial mechanics and other branches of science and technology. With this satellite was first measured the density of the upper atmosphere (for changes in its orbit), studied especially radio propagation in the ionosphere, verified theoretical calculations and basic technical solutions related to the breeding of a satellite into orbit.
Obninsk nuclear power plant - the world's first nuclear power plant
Launched June 27, 1954 in the town of Obninsk, Kaluga region (now the city of Obninsk), the Laboratory 'B'. It was equipped with one channel urangrafitovym reactor water coolant AM-1.
The experience of operation of the first nuclear power plant has allowed to launch a large-scale program for the construction of new nuclear power plants in the USSR. In 2002, the reactor of Obninsk NPP was drowned.
FIRST LASER GENERATOR
Even in 1916, a brilliant scientist Albert Einstein predicted the existence of the phenomenon of stimulated emission - the physical basis of the performance of any laser. However, the laser was invented later, Soviet scientists.
In 1954, the Soviet Union came the first microwave generator - laser ammonia. Its creators - scientists Townes, Basov and Prokhorov. In 1964, for this achievement, they received the Nobel Prize in physics.
Computer game «Tetris»
The world famous game was invented by Alexey Pajitnov in the Soviet Union in 1984. The idea of "Tetris" game bought it prompted pentamino. The game quickly spread in Moscow and throughout the world. A few months later I learned about the game importing software from Hungary Robert Stein. Stein went to Moscow, where he met with Alexey Pajitnov, and has agreed to license to produce games. For some unknown reason, to Stein Pajitnov presented him with "Tetris" and further promotion of the game around the world is engaged in Stein.
