These photos were taken by Alexander Semenov - Head diving service White Sea Biological Station of Moscow State University.
He loves to watch the amazing creatures that live in these northern latitudes.
It is impossible not to admire how mysterious and amazing underwater world is.

Virtually all of his photos were taken with the help of an old Canon 400d in a special waterproof box. Of the auxiliary equipment Semenov uses flash Inon Z-240 and lenses Canon MP-E 65mm f2.8, Sigma 24mm f1.8 EX DG Macro and Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC.
