The Buddha once said:

 - Nothing will help you: nowhere to hide from two things - on the outcome of their actions and of death.
- What to do? - Asked him.

He replied:

- Be aware!

Buddha was asked to explain:
- How does it - be aware?

He told this parable:
- A traveler met a tiger. He began to run, the tiger - for him. Reaching the cliff, rolled down the traveler, grabbed the roots of the wild vine and hung. Then the tiger began sniffing it from the top. Trembling with fear, poor fellow looked down and saw another tiger who watched him. Only the vine held him. And suddenly beside her man noticed a ripe, juicy strawberries. He so wanted to live!

One hand on the rod and the other he tore a berry ... As it was delicious!
