Merel pays close attention to detail. In a bizarre sculpture titled «Pentateuque» Fabien depicts a man with an elephant balancing on the back. It consists of resin, paint and fabric. Its size is only 76 x 68x 30 cm.
The three-dimensional form - a replica of the work "Pentateuch", created with the help of mascara. The artist in his painting visually interpreted the phrase "Carrying the whole weight of the world on his shoulders."
Recently Fabien Merelya sculpture was presented at Art Stage 2013, which was held in Singapore in early January.
