18-year-old artist Mads Madsen has perfected the art of painting of the old black-and-white portraits, breathing new life into them.
Each portrait at Mads takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on the quality of the photo and the number of the surrounding landscape. He uses Photoshop, to add tone leather with light-saturated colors, but always maintains a sense of historic photographs, never making the colors are too bright.
