Scandalous Czech sculptor David Cerny has established Prague Castle, the residence of the current president of the country, ten-sculpture indecent, but the well-known gesture - the middle finger. The action was timed to coincide with the upcoming parliamentary elections, but to comment on his creation David Cerny did not, noting only that gesture speaks for itself.
