The mission of the ship «Juno» orbiting Jupiter

Spaceship «Juno», equipped with all necessary appliances and tools, will seek confirmation of the existence of a solid planetary core, study the map of the intensity of the magnetic field of Jupiter, as well as to measure the amount of water and ammonia in the atmosphere.






The purpose of this mission - to understand the origin and evolution of the planet. Under its thick cloud cover hid the fundamental knowledge that will help us to understand the stages of the formation of our solar system. For scientists, Jupiter - is an example of a giant planet, which can provide important knowledge for understanding the planetary systems discovered around other stars.
