Most inexplicable vehicle that I have ever seen;)
This curious incident occurred on the road in the German town of Eibenstock, and it was the culprit police stopped the driver of a very strange convertible BMW. According to police, 27-year-old behind the wheel of this "car" was intoxicated, and what he was trying to turn his gig at the pool - still remains a mystery;)
