Wine Paradise Moldova
In Moldova, located the biggest cellars in the world (according to Guinness Book of Records in 2007).
The cellars have a total length of 250 km, for the storage of wine given to 200 km.
It's a whole underground city with the streets: "Pinot", "Codru", "Feteasca", "Muscat" and so on. D.
1) At the entrance to the cellars are two fountains of wine - red and white.
2) In fact, it is not wine, but colored water.
3) Often, people are not warned about this, and they try to taste the fountain.
4) The collection of Milestii Mici contains over 2 million bottles.
5) Some stored there for a long time ...
6) ... and some very long.
7) This rich collection, it would seem, should have been collected for many decades. However, this store was built relatively recently, in 1969, and wine tours began to carry here and order later.
8) In the cellars is quite possible to get lost in addition to the main avenues there are many branches and small streets.
9) Wooden winemaker at the entrance to the tasting room.
10) That very tasting room. It looks gloomy and slightly gives a shovel, but after a couple of glasses of wine, everything seems wonderful. Wine tasting is simply stunning! When, after the cool cellars where intoxication is not so much, the yield on the 40-degree heat, I want to fall under some bush and did not crawl out into the evening, while the degree does not subside.
11) It is a pity that you can not walk there without a guide. The tour itself is pretty boring, at C grade. When you see something interesting on the side of the main route, the guide on all drives. Yes, and the information is fed rather dryly.
