Star Wine

In vino veritas. But who will announce the truth? Especially when the wine production has been a celebrity, which is worthless bag of money to spend on an ad campaign? Who will help to separate the star wine of good quality from the liquid in the bottle of wine?

American entertainment resource BuzzFeed has decided to conduct an experiment with wines that are made in the name of famous people to voice the truth, which is not to say no advertising. For this project, I was invited to one of the best sommeliers of the country - Michael Madrigeyl.

In addition it has been involved several editors resource. So it was planned to fix the taste sensations from the face of average citizens, who can not break the wine aromas in the bouquet.

For the purity of the experiment label wine bottles were covered with white paper, each instance of consolidated letter.

But the wines themselves, who participated in the experiment:

From left to right wines from Antonio Banderas, Fergie, Dave Matthews, AC / DC, Wayne Gretzky, Drew Barrymore, Emilio Estevez, Trane, Jeff Gordon, Sting, Mario Batali, Francis Ford Coppola, Kyle MacLachlan, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie again AC / DC and Natalie Oliveros.

Despite the fact that some of the names probably will not seem very familiar, the experiment itself is quite interesting. It shows how much the product positioning of the stars spin-doctors to independent experts and editors were delighted unique opportunity to relax in the middle of the day. In order not to bore the reader the names of persons, unknown in our latitudes, I left the wine only those whose names are on everyone's lips.

The results are ranked in order from best to worst.
