Later, such acrobats began to form groups to invent and perform more complex elements. And only in the nineteenth century there was a division of gymnastics into two types: professional circus and amateur sports.



Today, many boys and girls from the age of four (and even earlier) start acrobatics. At such an early age, the child has amazing flexibility, but it is also important to have good coordination and stretching.
