Preparation
  1. Take out the chicken ventricles and wash them properly. Then clean them of the films and decoction in salted water. Cool it and cut it fine. It was sorted out.



  2. In the meantime, soak the white bread in the milk properly. Mix with chicken mince. Onions shallowly chop and roast until golden. However, some people like the onions to be crispy. Do as you like. Add it to the mince with a seasoning of hop-suneli. Stir again.



  3. Fry the flour in butter, not forgetting to stir it constantly. Pour the cream. Bring the mass to the state of sour cream and then add crushed ventricles to it. Add some pepper. It turned out ventricles in cream sauce.
  4. Now just make minced cakes and put some ventricular sauce on them. Plutch them and make some kind of raw patties with stuffing. The sizes can be taken by eye, but we recommend not making them large. If the mince is too sticky, drop the zeppelins in the flour.
