Cabbage salad for winter Ingredients for cabbage
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 2 Bulgarian peppers
- 2 carrots
- 3 teeth. Garlic
Ingredients for marinade
- 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.5 tables of water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 0.5 tbsp sugar
- juice
- 0.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
- Wash the cabbage and pepper and cut it with straw.
- Carrots and garlic also peel and sodium on a medium grater. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with your hands, but not for very long.
- For pickling Mix vegetable oil (I take olive), water, sugar and salt. Bring it to a boil.
- Add apple cider vinegar and the juice of half a lemon. Stir, let the marinade boil again.
