In the fridge, I hide a couple of cans of garlic paste, it helps out every day.

It often happens that the table is already set, and then someone wanted garlic. But break it on the teeth, clean, rub it... You don’t always want to get your hands dirty, and then the husk flies around the kitchen. What's the way out? Garlic paste, the use of which knows no boundaries: meat, lard, sauces, bread smears and a variety of salads.

Garlic paste Ingredients
  • 250g garlic
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • sprig

Preparation
  1. Make a small sterile jar and garlic.

  2. Clean the garlic from the husks. Get rid of the damaged fragments.

  3. Send the garlic to the blender bowl. Add butter, vinegar and dill.

  4. Whip it to uniformity.

  5. Fill the jar with garlic paste. Pour some butter on top and send the paste to the fridge.

  6. Now, in order to add a little fire to the dish, you just need to open the refrigerator.

Store such a paste in the refrigerator for several months without problems, if you do not climb into it with a dirty spoon. I don't think it'll take much longer. We usually eat it earlier.

Now take out a hump of black bread, smear it with a thin layer of butter, then add literally half a teaspoon of garlic paste, a slice of tomato and a thin slice of frozen lard. Bon appetit and successful culinary experiments!
