Chocolate biscuit cake Ingredients for dough
- 250g flour
- 200g sugar
- 200g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 can of condensed
- 2 tbsp cocoa
Cream ingredients
- 200g sugar
- 600g sour cream
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
Glaze ingredients
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 50g butter
- 4 tbsp milk
Preparation
- We'll make dough first. Beat the eggs with the sugar white. Add half the condensed and sour cream. Now quench the soda, then add it to the dough. Little by little, sprinkle the flour, mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough.
- The dough is divided into 3 parts. Pour one part into a form covered with paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Get the biscuit ready and cool it. Turn it over and put it on a big dish. On top of the biscuit fields remaining condensed. 1797-1976
- Add cocoa to the remaining dough. Pour it into the uniform and bake another crust. Take it out and cool it down again. Break the chocolate biscuit into small pieces.
- Now it's time to make the cream. Mix the sour cream with sugar and leave it until the sugar dissolves. Then beat this mixture by adding vanilla sugar. Put the cream in the fridge so it cools a little.
- Pieces of dark biscuit dip in cream and put on a light crust. Pour the remaining cream over the top. Put the cake in the fridge.
- While the cake freezes, we make icing. Mix all the ingredients and put them on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Then the glaze will be thick and viscous. Let her cool down.
- Now the last touch is left - pour the cake with icing and let everything soak together in the cold. The perfect cake is ready!
