  5. Chair: Squeeze your left hand in a fist and place it on the table, and put your left hand close to the clenched fist with your fingers up, forming a back.



  6. Barrel: Squeeze each hand slightly into a fist and hold it for a few seconds.



  7. The bird drinks from a barrel: leave one handle compressed after the previous exercise, and bring the index finger of the second hand to the “barrel”, lowering and raising it into the hole between the fingers of the clenched fist.





These exercises are perfect for children aged 3 years. Older children can complicate tasks by adding various items to such games. The best options will be working with small objects: buttoning and unbuttoning, stringing beads on a thread, grinding cereals or drawing up patterns from counting sticks.
