How to find inner harmony
Many of us are constantly under stress. The rapid pace of life, nervous work, problems in the family are only a small part of the reasons why we explain our constant nervous tension. Everyone wants to learn how to cope with this stress, how to finally feel calm and peaceful.
Sage Sadhguru believes that you don't need to cope with stress, but more importantly, something else. harmony with oneself. And tonight. "Site" I will tell you why and how to find peace.
Every day we say that we are tired at work, that we are stressed and nervous about our duties, that our boss/wife/husband/mother-in-law is tiring and unbearable. At least one of this is familiar to every person. And many of these people come to the wise Sadhguru for advice.
He says, One day a man came to me and said he was under a lot of stress at work and couldn’t handle it anymore. Then I told him that I would bless him to be fired as soon as possible. She protested and said he needed a job. So what is it?
Our problem is that we suffer at work, we suffer when we lose this job. So maybe the real problem isn't work at all? Sadhguru says that the tension you feel is not dependent on what you do.
Look around: At any job, people complain about stress. If they are poor, they suffer from a lack of money; if they are rich, they are not satisfied with big taxes. And it's not just about work. No education is suffering; send a person to learn is suffering. When a man is alone, he suffers from it. But he should get married...
And it can go on forever. The list of our suffering is endless, but the truth is that we don’t suffer from anything wrong in life. Sadhguru says, “Our main problem is that we don’t know how to control ourselves: our body, our internal processes and our mind. If your mind followed your instructions, would you create stress or bliss? Of course, bliss. Obviously, your mind is not listening to you.”
And this is the main reason for all our suffering and constant stress. We do not know how to control our mind and processes in our own body. We have no inner harmony. Sadhguru says that people often come to him with this problem. He invites them to stay with him, to get away from the routine. Their only job is to be happy.
A man complains that he has a bad wife. Sadhguru allows him to spend as much time as he wants without his wife. There is no need to worry about anything, you will have a roof over your head, food and one task - to remain joyful. People agreed, and the sage from time to time came to visit them and checked how things were.
It would seem that this is what is needed. You'll be alone, put your thoughts in order, be carefree and joyful. It wasn't here. Sadhguru says that within 24 hours these people were exhausting themselves. The sage says, “If you are unhappy being alone, you are obviously in bad company.”
This is exactly what each of us needs to think about. Perhaps the main cause of stress is not work or wife, but that you feel bad about yourself. If there is no harmony inside, then it is not so easy to find it in life. How do you find harmony? This question is probably worth asking yourself. Everyone has their own way and there is no universal advice.
Perhaps Sadhguru’s advice will help you. The main thing is to strive for this harmony and not abandon the search.
