You'll need it.
  • 2 tin cans
  • Moldovan
  • polymeric
  • sandpaper
  • varnish
  • joinery
  • paint
  • acrylic
  • 2 foam sponges


Vintage needle
  1. Prepare a small can for painting with sandpaper and liquid to remove varnish. Clean it of glue and contamination.



  2. Cover the jar with acrylic paint with a foam sponge. Leave it dry for 2 hours.



  3. The polymer clay is distributed over the mold. Then carefully remove from the form and apply carpenter glue to the back.



  4. Stick the ornament to a tin can and let this case freeze for a day.
  5. Paint the product with a sponge with purple acrylic paint or another color if desired.



  6. Let the paint dry for about an hour, then apply some white paint to give a shabby look.
  7. Cover the jar with acrylic varnish.



  8. Cut a circle out of the new big sponge and place it inside the jar. It turns out a nice vintage needle that no one else has.





The original candlestick
  1. Clean the sandpaper jar and wipe the liquid to remove the varnish. Then paint the jar with white acrylic paint.



  2. Form in the mold a mass of polymer clay.



  3. Glue the fresh mass on the jar with carpentry glue (inside and outside).



  4. Paint with acrylic paint blue or any other color when the paint dries, apply white paint to the ornament.



  5. After 2 hours, cut the jar with acrylic varnish and leave to dry for a day. The candlestick is ready, beauty!
