Sometimes you want to please household members or guests with something nutritious and at the same time unusual. After all, chops and traditional cutlets manage to get bored.
The ingredients
- 1kg chicken ground
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cornmeal
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tsp spices (turmeric, paprika, dried garlic)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200g butter
- 100g hard cheese
- dill
- powderer
- mayonnaise
- vegetable-oil
Preparation
- Fill chicken mince with spices, salt and pepper. Then add a couple of spoonfuls of mayonnaise (to taste) and onions thoroughly ground in a blender.
- The cheese is rubbed on a grater, preferably small. Cut butter into bars, grind dill. On the food film, we form a basket of minced meat, while trying to make it as thin as possible. We dip the butter in the crushed dill, put it in the middle of the crust. After that, with the help of film, we fold our cake into a “finger”. Dip in wheat flour.
- Next, we form the next cutlet in the same way, only this time we dip the oil not in dill, but in grated cheese. We continue to form “fingers”, alternating fillings. Send the cutlets to the freezer for 30 minutes.
- And in the meantime, we'll cook the garlic: combine the eggs with lemon juice, add salt, turmeric, paprika, dried garlic, a quarter glass of water. In the same mixture, add flour (corn and ordinary), baking powder or soda, extinguished with vinegar. Mix the clay to the consistency of not very thick sour cream.
- We're getting the patties out of the freezer. In the pan, heat vegetable oil (a fairly large amount). We dip our fingers in the lime and roast from all sides to a golden crust. The dish is ready - "meat fingers" serve warm, and also sprinkle crushed greens.
This dish looks very appetizing and unusual and at the same time is very hearty. Adults and children will appreciate it. In addition, “meat fingers” will become the crown dish of the festive table. Bon appetit!
