If we talk about the disadvantages, then, firstly, such a system works with a very high self-organization of the team, which is not always real. Another disadvantage is that the limitation of working time of developers negatively affected the speed of the company. As a result, I can say that the 4-day work schedule has a positive effect on the psychological state of employees, but negatively on the speed of processes.”
I don’t know how women feel in other countries, but my friends and I have repeatedly discussed the desire and opportunity to work 4 days a week, so that there are three days off.
