How to pickle cucumbers when 10 kg "fall" on you with a gift

Tomatoes are expensive this year. But the cucumber harvest was good. What to cook from a dietary vegetable, which is filled with a refrigerator? Everything genius is simple, so my choice is cucumbers "Minute".





It takes just 15 minutes and a great snack can be served on the table. And if fresh cucumbers from the garden do not cause special culinary enthusiasm in my family, then you can not delay from the “Minute” home and tractor. Indeed, without the slightest exaggeration, it is delicious!

Cucumbers "Minute" Ingredients
  • 1 kg of fresh cucumbers
  • dillbundle
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5-1 tbsp salt
  • basil (optional)
  • ground black pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp. l of vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers in cold water. Cut your ass. If the peel is bitter, you can peel it. If not, leave it.


  2. Cut the cucumbers in half along the length. Large ones can be cut into three parts.
  3. Cut each part into four oblong slices.


  4. Grate on a fine grater or squeeze out the garlic.


  5. Cut dill and basil (if any).
  6. Add greens and garlic to the cucumbers.


  7. Pour a tablespoon of sugar and 0.5-1 spoon of salt. For example, I don't need much salt. I take half a spoon and my wife likes it better. For your taste.


  8. Add pepper and vegetable oil. Stir well, cover with a plate and send for 15 minutes in the fridge.


  9. That's it! Minute cucumbers are ready.


A quick recipe for pickled cucumbers is interesting because only 3 ingredients and successfully selected spices literally before our eyes magically transform the taste of the bubble vegetable. If guests unexpectedly came, and there is no other snack, then cucumbers "Minute" - a simple and tasty solution to all problems.
