Preparation

On average, a good roast takes about 20 minutes. After the meat is roasted, lay it on a plate covered with paper towels to remove excess fat, and wait until it cools a little (the same procedure, by the way, should be done with ready-made fried mushrooms). Then we cut the fillets in small pieces and send them to the salad bowl.





  4. Now it remains only to cut boiled eggs, cheese and pickles, and then combine all the ingredients in the salad bowl.



  5. At the end, add mayonnaise with spices to the salad bowl and mix the ingredients well.
