Bukvic Joseph (Joseph Zbukvic) was born in Croatia, and at the age of 18 he moved with his family to Australia, where the artist came to prominence. Art lovers struck a young watercolor painter with the precision of technique, romantic realism and plot.





In his works the everyday urban landscape is transformed into something unique and special, filled with hidden feelings, internal dynamics and its unique life style. "Any surprise (hand trembled, went the wrong tone, color, and so on) think of not as a terrible accident, and like magic, the "bonus" gift of watercolor. Keep a "happy accident"! These are gifts from God watercolors — they are fantastic!", — says the artist.
Joseph Bukvic received over 200 international awards and has held over 50 solo exhibitions around the world. In addition, he teaches at the Australian Institute.
