A fantastic exercise to restore balance in the neck

Exercise "Eight"

I learned that from my children and believe that the implementation of eights head is a fantastic exercise to restore balance in the neck and shoulder girdle, upper part of the body and the body as a whole.

1. Stand straight with feet apart, drop your head on his chest.

2. When a person is lowered and relaxed, start slowly to perform, "eight", rotating the head in a horizontal plane. When you reach the bottom point of the movement, you will feel the weight of the head, freely hanging down. Every time the head moves to the side, the weight of the head becomes less pronounced and the muscles on the opposite side of the neck relax. Try to perform these movements, each time slightly increasing the speed of rotation is mainly due to the centrifugal force, but not at the expense of muscle.

3. Continue to follow the "g", gradually picking up speed, but don't try to do it too quickly. Your movements should be quick so that you began to experience a pleasant feeling of the rhythm and harmony of speed and your breathing. Initially, do not perform rotation more than 15 times, because you just might make your head spin.

4. Relax and take a breath, and then start rotation in the opposite direction. If you follow these 15 spins (the other way) and feel that I can firmly stand on his feet, it means that you have a good vestibular system and your body well balanced.

Performing all of these exercises, particularly when rotating the head tilted down the body, increases blood circulation, improving the supply the brain with oxygen and nutrients, and also helps to balance bodily systems. Doing these exercises, you constantly move the hair in all directions, thus toning the hair follicles and strengthening them. At the same time you tone and the whole of the scalp, helping to get rid of the stress.

Note: If you are suffering from drops in blood pressure, these exercises will do you good. However, start them slowly and build up intensity gradually. As soon as you sure that you are standing firmly on the floor with bare feet and effortlessly straighten the torso after you perform the torso forward, and you'll feel dizzy when performing these exercises. Actually there is nothing dangerous that you can feel dizzy, although many people are afraid of it. These exercises are designed not only to help you become more healthy and beautiful, but also to overcome his fear. When "g" are slow, exercise is the treatment and prevention of disorders of hearing.
