Internal conflict without declaration of war
Conflict without declaration of war
We are taught to teach and heal, to build and to create. They even teach war. They're called listeners. Listening doesn't teach.
They do not teach us to hear, to feel, to be compassionate. There is no institution of mercy, no academy of kindness, no higher courses of sincerity and decency.
Not much use from a psychologist or a doctor who masterfully owns technique, techniques, knowledge, if he is not able to understand, feel, hear you. It's not reliable. You can't rely on him. He can't be trusted.
Isn't that the reason for the mistrust? A life of fear.
What's with that trust? He can't understand me, can't feel me. So what? Let him apply his knowledge and experience, and perform his function as a specialist.
I don't listen to my feelings. I hear, I feel, but I don't trust. Who told me that was important? Who taught you to listen to your intuition?
Live according to conscience. Nice three words. I've heard it many times. But more often I heard that it is impossible, not accepted, they will not pay for it, and they simply will not understand it. It's not beautiful, it's not decent, it's not ethical. Society does not dictate conditions, it offers them. And we buy. Paying with some of your feelings.
We trust experience and knowledge. But our health is a complex of sensations, feelings. The foundation is more important than the walls and the roof. Is hearing and feeling more important than speaking and even doing?
My thoughts guide my actions. Where did that come from? From feelings or from knowledge and experience.
Internal conflict is the most protracted and bloodshed - the confrontation of feelings and actions. And there can be no winners. Only losers.
It is a pity that conflict begins without a declaration of war. Quietly smoldering, gradually flaring up. We lost the antidote on the road of life. We do not hear ourselves, we do not trust our feelings. And we do not appreciate other people's feelings, and we do not try to hear.
I'm sorry, it could be different. You just have to believe your feelings, and live according to them, according to your conscience, in harmony with yourself. published
