Words can kill, words can save... OR how to give feedback

Watch for them. Appreciating something (someone's job, some event), You are in a form often stating their opinion? Especially when a person is "messed up". In a negative way, pointing out all the flaws? Or in a positive form?

Feedback can be given in 2 ways.

No. 1. THE OVERWHELMING FEEDBACK IS

When You talk to a man, pointing out his mistakes and blunders. This feedback destroys the person, employee, child, lowers self-esteem, destroys in him belief in himself.

No. 2. DEVELOPMENTAL FEEDBACK

Even if the person has not coped with the task, You adhere to the following sequence of questions:

a) "what do you think you did?"
(That man did not work, he knows.)

b) "you did..."
(And give his vision of the situation.)

C) what do you think could be improved?"
(And the man himself gives advice, and it will be the root solution.)

d) "You said. Great ideas! I would add..."
(And Express your opinion: how You would do it.)

d) "I'm sure you will next time, because as you said...(and you can repeat his recommendations to himself). So I believe you certainly will succeed!"

CONCLUSION: when dealing with people, choose feedback in a positive way. Maybe I will not always happen. Especially if You are used to state all the shortcomings in the forehead. But showing awareness in this matter, You will soon get the appreciation from the people around them in the form of their burning eyes and raised wings!published
