The devastating floods in Genoa, Italy

North Italy, especially Tuscany and Liguria regions, suffering from severe flooding caused by torrential rains, which resulted in nine people have already died. Authorities of Genoa - the largest city on the northwest coast of Italy - declared a state of emergency over the weekend as the city flooded severe flooding.
