Flooding in the US (30 photos)

Due to the heavy rains that began on September 19, three days the water level in the states of Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee rose to 38-50 cm. Flood flooded natural and man-made system. Heavy downpours turned streams into rivers that flooded everything in the neighborhood, washed away roads and caused, at least nine deaths. The damage is estimated at $ 250 million. Land clearing has just begun. Georgia Gov. Perdue Sony announced that President Barack Obama issued a formal notice of federal disaster for the residents of the five districts affected by the floods.
