Due to the heavy rains that began on September 19, three days the water level in the states of Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee rose to 38-50 cm. Flood flooded natural and man-made system. Heavy downpours turned streams into rivers that flooded everything in the neighborhood, washed away roads and caused, at least nine deaths. The damage is estimated at $ 250 million.
