A set of exercises "Crocodile"

- Exercise 6
Perform exercise by lying on your back with legs bent at the knees and pressing the hips toward the stomach. Start to perform twists in different directions, do 8 repetitions.
- Exercise 7
Lying on your back, lift your straight right leg up. Then do the twist to the left. Stay in this position for 5-6 seconds, then repeat exercise with left leg.
