Unusual in appearance a residential complex built in Montreal on the Saint Lawrence river (Canada). This complex was built by the project of the young architect during the formation of Canada as a progressive state, at the junction of social and political change.


Although this project was implemented quite some time, but is still considered the most successful project of its kind in the twentieth century and can be considered a monument of architecture of its time. Impressive feature of the project is a giant futuristic interior space, Elevator pillars, pedestrian passes and almost hanging terraces. The overall impression of the complex is architect just played LEGO pieces, and with his eyes closed.
