The grace that ballerinas emit captures the photographer’s lens. Spiritual beauty, which is in the physical strength and tempering of the female body. Proof of this is the project of Australian photographer Lisa Tomasetti.
Unexpectedly for all connoisseurs of art, ballerinas appeared in images from different situations. The photographer has already shown photographs of ballerinas in landscapes, on the streets of New York. The Japanese and the French waited their turn. Lisa Tomasetta took her unusual pictures on the streets of New York, Paris and Tokyo.
The photographer is definitely convinced that the combination of elegance against the backdrop of urban landscapes can better express the perfection of the power of classical ballet. Among the bustling streets, near the subway, ballerinas in snow-white packs and satin pointes as butterflies soar over busy shopping areas.
The real highlight of the photo project is the pictures in which ballerinas literally “soar” in the air on a longitudinal twine.
