Black tea has a negative impact on bone health

Medical experts warn that excessive consumption of strong black tea adversely affects bone health. As it turned out, strong tea contains huge amounts of fluoride overdose, which leads to fluorosis. This disease causes changes in bone tissue such as osteoporosis or osteosclerosis.



People who suffer from fluorosis, teeth, which is practically absent the enamel from which teeth are very fragile and blurred.
Note, in America, doctors were hospitalized 47-year-old resident of Detroit who had been diagnosed with fluorosis.
The woman had lost all his teeth, and she complained of severe pain in the bones. As it turned out, in the last 20 years the patient every day drank at least 10 cups of strong black tea.





Doctors said such reactions to the tea because the fluoride contained in invigorating beverage, tends to accumulate, leading to bone destruction.
