Useful herbs grown in the winter?

Basil
Than useful: Basil effectively reduces fever in influenza, most colds and lung diseases. It removes excess mucus from the lungs and nasal passages, is the perception, promotes absorption of nutrients, improve memory and regain strength after hard work. Basil juice is used for infections of the skin.



Parsley
Than beneficial: parsley is rich in vitamins and mineral elements. It contains up to 7% essential oil, the main components of which are quite useful. In 100 g of parsley has two daily allowance of vitamin C — 150 mg. the content of carotene will not concede all the recognized champion of the carrot.



Cilantro (coriander)
Than useful: the priceless cilantro contain vitamins A and C. It is used as a choleretic, analgesic and antiseptic.
